Ricky Casino Terms and Conditions

These terms form the binding agreement between you and Ricky Casino once you create an account or place a bet. They are written in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact [email protected] before you deposit — questions are cheaper than disputes.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, ticking the consent box, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read and accept every clause below. If you do not accept them, do not open an account. The version date at the bottom of this page is the version in force on your registration day; updates apply prospectively from the date we publish them.

2. Eligibility — Who Can Hold an Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account, deposit, or wager. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to our service is lawful for you personally. We do not accept players from any jurisdiction where offshore online casino play is criminalised. We reserve the right to verify your age and residency at any time and to refuse service if either cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

You must register one account in your own real name and provide accurate contact details. We will request identity and address documentation to satisfy our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) obligations. Standard documents are a government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is normally completed within 24–72 hours of clear documents being uploaded. Withdrawals are suspended until KYC is finalised.

4. One Account Per Player Rule

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under a variation of your name, a household member's name, or via a VPN to disguise location — will be closed and any associated balance void. This rule is not punitive; it exists because bonus mechanics, responsible-gambling tools and AML monitoring all rely on a one-account-per-person assumption.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and AU Currency Rules

The base currency for Australian accounts is AU$. Minimum deposit is AU$20 across all supported methods (PayID, POLi, BPAY, Neosurf, supported cards and listed cryptocurrencies). The minimum withdrawal is AU$50. We process withdrawals to the same method used for the most recent deposit where rails allow; otherwise to a verified alternative under your name. We do not charge a deposit fee or a withdrawal fee — third-party network costs are absorbed by us up to the published limit per request.

6. Wagering, Bet Limits and Game Conduct

Maximum single-spin or single-hand stake while a bonus is active is AU$10. Maximum single-spin or single-hand stake on cash funds is set by the game studio and shown in the bet panel. Strategies designed to guarantee a positive expected value against the house — for example, low-risk roulette covering bets, or stake patterns engineered around free-spin minimums — are treated as bonus abuse under clause 8.

7. Bonus Terms in Plain Words

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement printed beside the offer. Wagering is calculated as bonus_amount × multiplier. Slot bets count 100% toward wagering; live-dealer table bets count 10%; selected high-RTP table games count 0% and may forfeit the bonus if played while it is active. You have 30 days from claim to clear wagering, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are removed. The maximum cash-out from a no-deposit bonus is AU$100 unless the offer page states otherwise.

8. Suspected Fraud, Collusion and Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to investigate accounts where the pattern of play, deposit method, IP fingerprint or bet structure suggests fraud, collusion between accounts, or systematic bonus abuse. Investigations may take up to 30 days. During an investigation, withdrawals are paused and you will be asked for additional documentation. Where abuse is substantiated, the affected balance, bonus and winnings are void; legitimate deposits are returned net of any reasonable processing cost.

9. Dormant Accounts and Inactivity Fees

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of zero player activity (no login, no deposit, no wager). Dormant accounts attract a monthly administration fee of AU$10, debited from the cash balance only and capped at the available cash balance — fees never push an account into negative balance. To reactivate, simply log in; the fee schedule stops the day you log back in.

10. Account Closure on Your Request

You may close your account at any time via the Account → Close my account flow or by emailing support. We will return any verified cash balance to your most recent withdrawal method within five business days. Bonus funds and unwagered bonus winnings are forfeit on closure. Re-opening after voluntary closure requires a fresh KYC pass and is at our discretion.

11. Errors, Malfunctions and Voided Bets

If a game malfunctions mid-round, the round is void and the wager is returned to your cash balance once the game studio confirms the malfunction. Where a payout has been credited in error — for example, due to a pricing or odds error on a live table — we reserve the right to reverse the credit and reset the round. Display errors do not entitle a player to a payout the underlying game logic did not produce.

12. Liability, Disclaimers and Force Majeure

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from internet outage, device failure, force majeure events (natural disaster, civil disruption, government action), or your own breach of these terms. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under Australian consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction stated on our Home page. The first step in any dispute is a written complaint to [email protected] — we acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you remain unsatisfied after our final response, you may escalate to the independent mediator named on the licensing authority's website at no cost to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We review these terms at least annually. Material changes are notified by an in-product banner at next login and a confirmation tick before further play. Minor edits — typo fixes, contact-detail updates — are published silently. The version date below is authoritative.
